Ordenanza Nº 1687/12 - Municipalidad de General Alvear

HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE

DE GENERAL ALVEAR

PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

Corresponde al Expediente Nº 4039-11277/2012.-

ORDENANZA Nº 1687/12

ARTICULO PRIMERO: Convalídese el contrato de locación celebrado el 15 de Noviembre de 2011, entre la MUNICIPALIDAD de GENERAL ALVEAR y el sr. JOSE LUIS BRANCATTI, por el alquiler de inmueble destinado al funcionamiento de la UFI N° 20 del Departamento Judicial de Azul por un monto de pesos CUATRO MIL mensuales ($4.000) y por el termino de dos años.-

ARTICULO SEGUNDO: Se establece que el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal deberá prever en los presupuestos futuros las partidas necesarias para atender las erogaciones emergentes de lo autorizado por el articulo 1° del presente proyecto de ordenanza.-

ARTICULO TERCERO: Incorpórese a la ORDENANZA N° 1683/2012 LO EXPRESADO EN EL Art. 2°, para el Art. 1° de dicha Ordenanza.-

ARTICULO CUARTO: Comuníquese. Regístrese. Cúmplase.
