ORDENANZA Nº 2375/2021

ARTICULO 1º: Autorizase al Departamento Ejecutivo a Adjudicar a la firma ALTO SUR S.A. la Licitación Pública Nº 04/2021, Referente a la Obra: “Construcción de Edificio 1ª Etapa E.E.S.T. Nº 1”, por la suma de pesos Veintiocho millones cuatrocientos noventa y tres mil quinientos cuarenta y dos con sesenta y dos centavos ($ 28.493.542,62), el siete con dieciséis por ciento (7,16%) sobre el Presupuesto Oficial.

ARTÍCULO 2º: Comuníquese, Cúmplase, Publíquese y Archívese

Dada en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante, Sesión Ordinaria a los 30 días del mes de julio del año 2021. Aprobada por Unanimidad.
