HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE                               Corresponde Expediente Nº 4039-6403/02.
             DE GENERAL ALVEAR
     PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA Nº 1310/02

ARTICULO 1º: Convalídase el Contrato de Comodato de grupo electrógeno marca Deutz
——————– 40 KW que como anexo I forma parte de la presente Ordenanza, entre el Ministerio de Infraestructura, Vivienda y Servicios Públicos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y la Municipalidad de General Alvear por el término de tres (3) años, actualmente en poder del Municipio, para prestar servicio en el Hospital Municipal “Bernardino Rivadavia” .—————–

ARTICULO 2º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos. Regístrese.
