HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE                           Corresponde Expediente Nº 4039-7711/02.
             DE GENERAL ALVEAR
     PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL Nº 1306/02

ARTICULO 1º: La Municipalidad de General Alvear adhiere a la Ley de Recuperación de la
——————- Ganadería Ovina Nº 25.422; Decreto Reglamentario Nº 1031; Ley Provincial Nº 12.869/02 y su Decreto Nº 923/02 que como anexo I forma parte integrante de la presente.————————————————————————————————————–

ARTICULO 2º: Exímese por cinco años a los productores ganaderos ovinos del pago de la
——————– Tasa Municipal por control de Marcas y Señales de la Ordenanza Impositiva, subsistiendo la obligación del trámite correspondiente.—————————————————-

ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos. Regístrese.
