HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE                                   Corresponde Expediente Nº 4039-7458/02.
             DE GENERAL ALVEAR
     PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA Nº 1303/02

ARTICULO 1º: Autorízase a efectuar una readecuación a la Tasa por Conservación,
——————– Reparación y Mejorado de la Red Vial Municipal, que actualmente se halla en $ 0,57 por hectárea pagadero en forma bimestral, es decir a razón de $ 3,42 anual, llevándolo a $ 0,92 por hectárea y pagadero en igual forma, traduciéndose a razón $ 5,52 anual.——————————————————————————————————————–

ARTICULO 2º: Modifícase el Artículo 22, del Capítulo XIV de la Ordenanza Impositiva.———

ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos. Regístrese.
