HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE                                         Corresponde Expediente Nº 4039-6986/02
             DE GENERAL ALVEAR
     PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA 1287/02

ARTICULO 1º: Convalídase el Convenio celebrado entre la Provincia de
——————— Buenos Aires, representada por el señor Gobernador Ing. Felipe C. Solá y los Ministerios de Infraestructura, Vivienda, Servicios Públicos y de Gobierno y por la otra parte la Municipalidad de General Alvear representada por el Intendente dentro del Plan de Emergencia Hídrico, Vial la compra de tres bombas de impulsión de 1.000.000 de litros/h. cada una a los efectos de utilizarlas para la defensa de la ciudad de General Alvear.——————————

ARTICULO 2º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos. Regístrese.Cúmplase.——————————————————
