HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE Corresponde a expediente Nº 4039-6504/01
DE GENERAL ALVEAR
PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA Nº 1276/O1

ARTICULO 1: Convalidase el contrato de Comodato entre la Municipalidad de General Alvear, y el Club automovilístico La Rueda el que deberá atender las siguientes modificaciones: Se anula el Artículo 5º del presente contrato y el Artículo 7mo será adecuado de acuerdo a lo que determina la Ley 9533 en su Art. 28 Inc. b).

ARTICULO 2: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos. Regístrese. Cúmplase.

DADA en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante a los 27 días del mes de diciembre de 2001 y aprobado por unanimidad.-
