DE GENERAL ALVEAR

PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA Nº 1222/99

ARTICULO 1º: Transfiérase a Título Gratuito a favor de María Elena Batiz L.C. Nº 4.926.766, domiciliada en esta ciudad, el excedente fiscal, designado catastralmente como Circunscripción 1 – Sección B – Manzana 77 – Parcela 1m.

ARTICULO 2º: El escribano interviniente deberá ser designado por los interesados siendo a su cargo exclusivo los gastos y honorarios correspondientes.

ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese al Departamento ejecutivo a sus efectos. Regístrese. Cúmplase.
