PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA Nº 1167/98

ARTICULO 1º: Convalídase el convenio celebrado entre la Dirección Provincial de Hidráulica del Ministerio de Obras y Servicios Públicos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y la Municipalidad de General Alvear, que como anexo 1 forma parte de la presente Ordenanza, para la ejecución de la Obra Limpieza Canal existente desde Aº Las Flores hasta campo del Señor Ronzoni.-

ARTICULO 2º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a sus efectos. Regístrese. Cúmplase.-

Dada en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante a los ocho días del mes de Abril de 1998 y aprobada por unanimidad.-
