PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA Nº 1163/98

ARTICULO 1º: Convalídase el contrato de Comodato de un grupo electrógeno Marca Deutz de 40 KW, que como anexo 1 forma parte de la Ordenanza, entre el ente Provincial Regulador Energético de la Pcia. de Bs. As. y la Municipalidad de General Alvear por el término de tres años (3), actualmente en poder del Municipio, para prestar servicio en el Hospital Municipal “Bernardino Rivadavia”.-

ARTICULO 2º: Comuníquese. Regístrese. Cúmplase.

Dada en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante a los 25 días del mes de Marzo de 1998 y aprobada por unanimidad.-
