HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE

DE GENERAL ALVEAR

PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA Nº 1093/95

ARTICULO 1º:Desadjudícase la vivienda Nº2 del Plan Solidaridad 24

Viviendas a la Srta. ELENA DIMARO por incumplimiento de las condiciones de

Adjudicación.

ARTICULO 2º:Restitúyanse los aportes efectuados

Por la adjudicataria en las condiciones fijadas por la Ordenanza 1008/92 que regula esta situación.

ARTICULO 3º:Llámese al/la Suplente/s que correspondan según la lista

Aprobada por este H.C.D., para re adjudicar

La citada Unidad Habitacional.

ARTICULO 4º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos.

Regístrese. Cúmplase.
