HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE
DE GENERAL ALVEAR
PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES

ORDENANZA Nº 1073/94

ARTÍCULO 1º: Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a suscribir el contrato de Comodato por el Grupo electrógeno marca Deutz de 40 KW con el EPRE que se adjunta, por el plazo de tres(3) años en el Término de dicho contrato, suscripto por el Intendente AD REFERENDUM de ese Honorables Concejo Deliberativo, para prestar servicio en el Hospital Municipal.

ARTÍCULO 2º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos. Regístrese. Cúmplase.

DADA en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Concejo Deliberante en Sesión Extraordinaria celebrada a los 29 días del mes de Diciembre de 1994.-
