ORDENANZA Nº 1071/94

VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:
Las actuaciones del Expte. 4039-2375/94.

EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
ORDENANZA

ARTÍCULO 1º: Aceptase el obsequio del 50%del Bono Donación Nº 8129 realizado por el Sr. Luis R. Ríos correspondiente al sorteo del día 11 de Junio

ARTÍCULO 2º: Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a vender en forma directa el automotor Citroën Olcit Club 11RL 1130 (Art. 159 Inc. b –Ley Orgánica de las Municipalidades.

ARTÍCULO 3º: El beneficio de la operación se donará a la Comisión Cooperadora del Hospital Municipal “Bernardino Rivadavia”.

ARTÍCULO 4º: El Departamento Ejecutivo deberá registrar el movimiento patrimonial correspondiente.

ARTÍCULO 5º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos. Regístrese. Cúmplase.
