HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE
DE GENERAL ALVEAR
PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES
Corresponde a expediente Nº 4039-3007/96

                       ORDENANZA Nº 1126/97

ARTICULO 1º:Convalídase el Anexo 1996(1) del Convenio de Descentralización Administrativa Tributaria – Impuesto Inmobiliario Rural celebrado entre esta Municipalidad y el Ministerio de Economía de la Pcia. De
Bs. As.

ARTÍCULO 2º: El cincuenta (50) por ciento de los fondos recibidos por dicho convenio será afectado a la siguiente partida:
Jurisdicción 2 – Departamento Ejecutivo.
Finalidad 4 – Infraestructura Vial.
Programa 2.
2.5.2.6. Obras de Canalización.

ARTICULO 3º:Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo a sus efectos.
Regístrese. Cúmplase.
