16.027,27<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 3\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Determ\u00ednese el siguiente sueldo b\u00e1sico para el Auxiliar Administrativo\u00a0\u00a0Categor\u00eda 4\u00a0ingresante, de 35 hs. a partir del 01 de septiembre de 2019 de $ 16.027,27 a los fines de la determinaci\u00f3n del sueldo del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal y dieta de los se\u00f1ores Concejales, que deber\u00e1 proporcionarse a 40 hs. semanales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A partir del 01\/09\/2019\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026$ 18.316,88<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Se le deber\u00e1 adicionar una bonificaci\u00f3n como operador equipo de computaci\u00f3n de\u00a0 $200, sin distinci\u00f3n de carga horaria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 4\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Fijase a partir del 01\/09\/2019 en pesos cincuenta y cinco mil quinientos cincuenta con 64\/100 ($55.550,64) la dieta de los se\u00f1ores Concejales, calculada en tres sueldos de la Categor\u00eda establecida en el Art\u00edculo 3\u00ba de la presente Ordenanza, en su equivalente a cuarenta (40) horas semanales, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 92 de la L.O.M.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 5\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Fijase a partir del 01\/09\/2019 en pesos doscientos veintid\u00f3s mil doscientos dos con 56\/100 ($222.202,56), el sueldo b\u00e1sico del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal, calculado en doce sueldos de la Categor\u00eda establecida en el Art\u00edculo 3\u00ba de la presente Ordenanza, en su equivalente a cuarenta (40) horas semanales, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 125 de la L.O.M.<\/p>\n<p>La compensaci\u00f3n por Gastos de Representaci\u00f3n del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal se mantendr\u00e1 en pesos treinta mil ($ 30.000,00).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 6\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Fijase en un cuarenta (40) por ciento del sueldo del se\u00f1or Intendente\u00a0Municipal los sueldos b\u00e1sicos de los se\u00f1ores Secretarios de Hacienda, de Gobierno, Secretario de Salud y de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 7\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Fijase en un treinta y cinco (35) por ciento del sueldo del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal\u00a0\u00a0el sueldo b\u00e1sico del Contador Municipal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 8\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Fijase en un treinta (30) por ciento del sueldo del se\u00f1or Intendente Municipal los sueldos b\u00e1sicos del Tesorero y del Jefe de Compras Municipales.<\/p>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO
