El 30 de Octubre de 1983 los argentinos inauguramos el m\u00e1s largo per\u00edodo democr\u00e1tico de nuestra historia. En un d\u00eda primaveral como pocos, se levant\u00f3 el estado de sitio, y los ciudadanos rebalsaron las urnas de votos.
